Who we are
This website is run by STEMRES. For privacy questions, email hello@stemres.net.
Browsing this website
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
Contacting us
The contact form opens your own email app. We receive only what you choose to send, and use it to reply and to manage your enquiry.
Ethics Portal
If you create an account or apply for ethics review, we collect your name, email address and organisation, the details of your study and any documents you upload. Only you and our designated ethics reviewers can see your application. We use it to review your study and record the decision.
Where data is stored
Ethics Portal data is held by our cloud provider and may be processed outside Nigeria. We rely on appropriate safeguards for any such transfer.
How long we keep data
We keep application records and uploaded documents only as long as needed to review studies and evidence the decisions made.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@stemres.net. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
